Support the Davenport University Dance Team on Their Road to Nationals

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Davenport University Dance Team is gearing up for the 2024 NDA College Nationals in a few weeks. You're invited to join the team for their upcoming performances in preparation.

GVSU Laker Cheer Classic | Sunday, 3/24
First on our schedule is the GVSU Laker Cheer Classic, scheduled for Sunday, March 24. Join the team at 10915 N Campus Drive Allendale, Mich. 49401 as doors open at 12:30 p.m. with an admission fee of $5. The competion begins at 1 p.m., with their Jazz Performance slated for 1:20 p.m., followed by their Team Performance at 3:30 p.m.

Western Michigan Dance Team Nationals Showcase | Saturday, 3/30
Following the Laker Cheer Classic, mark your calendars for the Western Michigan Dance Team Nationals Showcase on Saturday, March 30. Located at the WMU Fieldhouse (1660 Ring Road S, Kalamazoo, MI 49008), this event is free to attend, with doors opening at 11:45 a.m. and the event commencing at 12 p.m.

DU Spirit Teams Nationals Send-Off | Sunday, 4/7
As they near the pinnacle of their journey, supporters are invited to the DU Spirit Teams Nationals Send-Off on Sunday, April 7, at the Davenport Student Center (6191 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512). Admission is free for this event, beginning at 3 p.m. It's a perfect opportunity to show your support and encouragement for our DU spirit programs! NDA & NCA College Nationals | April 10-13
Finally, the grand culmination of the team's efforts awaits them at the NDA & NCA College Nationals from April 10-13 in Daytona, Fla. "We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to, once again, represent Davenport University at a national level," said head coach Courtney Houldsworth. "Months of hard work have gone into polishing and perfecting our routines. The team is composed of 20 remarkable young women who continually inspire us with their dedication and talent. We're filled with excitement for what lies ahead with this extraordinary group."
