KENOSHA, Wis. - Davenport women's basketball got a win in the first meeting against Parkside earlier this season but could not complete the season sweep on Thursday night in an 87-57 loss to the Rangers. Chloe Van Zeeland tied her season high with 25 points for Parkside and set a season high with 11 rebounds. She led the Rangers in both categories and had nine offensive rebounds and four assists.

The Rangers shot just 30 percent in the previous meeting but had better success in this one going 31-of-69 from the floor for 44.9 percent. They also were able to convert on 19-of-27 at the free throw line compared to 11-of-14 by the Panthers. Jaci Walker led Davenport with 12 points and connected on 7-of-8 at the free throw stripe. She set a season high for free throws made and also had two steals in 20-plus minutes.

Walker was the only Panther in double figures. Nevaeh Williams and Isabel Lindo each scored nine points. Williams also had three rebounds and two steals in 31-plus minutes.
