NIRA -- Seeing eight Davenport University women's rugby players named in this year's honors, the 2024-25 National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) All-NIRA lists have been announced.

Carrie Coyer-Westerberg, Aubrey Crist, Leilani Lepe, Lionala Mayorga, and Rachel Wilkie received First Team recognition, while Marla Aymond, Kara Higgins, and Kyla Rimple were named Honorable Mention All-NIRA.

The news comes just over a month before the Panthers start their 7s schedule, with a tentative matchup against McKendree scheduled for Saturday, March 8, in Grand Rapids.
