CALEDONIA, Mich. - The Davenport University women's tennis team secured a dominating 7-0 victory over Cornerstone on Tuesday at the Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex. With the win, the Panthers (11-10, 3-4 GLIAC) have now won three of their last four matches.

In doubles, Sienna Opray and Skye Vandeleur teammed up at the No. 1 slot, securing a 6-1 victory. At No. 2 doubles, Lotte Federski and Amy Bloch won their matchup 6-0.

Opray played at No. 1 singles, defeating Sarah Daza 6-1, 2-6, 10-5. Kumiko Yamaguchi (No. 2), Erin Hack (No. 3) and Valentina Moreno (No. 4, all won their matches 6-0, 6-0, not dropping a single set against the Golden Eagles.

Charlotte Zhuwakini rounded things out for the Panthers, securing a 6-1, 6-0 win over Heidi Brandt at the No. 5 spot.

Looking ahead, the Panthers will resume GLIAC play on Friday, hosting Grand Valley State.
