MIDLAND, MIch. - The Davenport University women's tennis team secured its second conference win of the season, defeating Saginaw Valley 4-3 on Friday at the Greater Midland Tennis Center. 

In doubles play, Sienna Opray and Skye Vandeleur took down Amelia Dickson and Adriana Barrio 6-2 at the No. 1 position. Slotted at No. 2 doubles, Amy Bloch and Lotte Federski clinched the doubles point, defeating Elizabeth Stuart and Lydia Liong, 7-5.

Opray's success carried into singles action, picking up a 6-2, 7-5 win over Barrio at the No. 1 position. The freshman has now won 14 of her previous 15 matches in singles action.

Slotted at No. 2 singles, Bloch took down Liong 6-3, 6-2, while Vandeleur won at No. 3 doubles 6-4, 6-3 against Dickson.
