GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Aidan Moon of the Davenport University men's basketball program has earned 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors for his commitment to athletic and academic success.
The CSC Academic All-District program recognizes student-athletes who excel both on the court and in the classroom. To be eligible, nominees must be at least a sophomore, hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and participate in at least 90 percent of their team's contests (or meet equivalent starting criteria). The honor highlights individuals who demonstrate a strong balance of athletic performance and academic achievement.
Moon earned his third letter with the Panthers this season and drew a starting assignment in 27 of the 27 games in which he played. He averaged 28.2 minutes per game, an increase of 8.2 minutes from his sophomore season. Moon shot 50 percent (65-130) from the floor and was also 18-of-23 from the free throw line. He averaged 6.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, both career highs.
