GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. —  After a challenging opening weekend against Drury and Missouri S&T, Davenport University (0-2-0) will look to bounce back and earn its first win of the season this week. The Panthers will hit the road for a pair of matches, traveling to Midland, Mich., to face Northwood on Sept. 3 at 6 p.m. before heading to Tiffin, Ohio, to take on Tiffin on Sept. 5 at 2 p.m.

Davenport opened the 2026 season with a pair of road matches, with Charlie Davis scoring the Panthers' first goal of the season against Drury. Davis converted the first penalty kick of his collegiate career in the 31st minute to give the Panthers an early lead. In goal, Beau Hudd made an impact with 13 saves across the opening weekend, including nine against Missouri S&T. The Panthers will look to carry that effort into this week's road swing and continue building momentum early in the season.
