2021 (Jr.): One of just four Panthers to appear in all 46 of the team's games and did so with 45 starts...among GLIAC leaders, she finished third in total bases (86), third in slugging percentage (.647), fourth in triples (4), fourth in home runs (8), fifth in runs scored (36), sixth in RBI (30), 10th in batting average (.353), and 10th in on-base percentage (.421)...twice named Honorable Mention All-GLIAC, she bumped that up to a second team nod in 2021...named GLIAC Player of the Week on April 19 for the second time in her career and first time since 2018...that week, she hit an absurd .611 (11-for18) in six games with six runs scored, three doubles, two home runs, 10 RBI, two walks, and no strikeouts while slugging 1.111 with a .650 on-base percentage...one of those two home runs was a walk-off solo shot in game two against Ashland...named D2CCA Second-Team All-Region and CoSIDA Academic All-District...racked up those four triples after not having one in her first three seasons and also set a new career high in runs scored...tied her personal best in homers and came within four RBI of her career high in that department...was hit by the first two pitches of her career and needed just four walks to tie her personal best...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.
2020 (Jr.): Played and started in all 17 of the team's games at first base and was off to one of the best power-hitting starts of any hitter in the country...GLIAC wise first, was first in home runs (8), first in RBI (24), first in slugging percentage (.941), tied for sixth in walks (7), tied for sixth in doubles (4), seventh in runs scored (15), tied for ninth in hits (20), 10th in on-base percentage (.466), and 12th in batting average (.392)...nationally, Griffin was fifth in home runs per game (0.47), seventh in home runs, eighth in slugging percentage, 12th in RBI per game (1.41), and 39th in RBI...set a new school record for RBI in a game with seven against Cedarville on Feb. 27 when she went 4-for-4 at the plate and was a triple short of the cycle...in that 4-for-4 outing, she scored twice, batted in seven, belted a two-run home run in the third, and a grand slam in the seventh...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.
2019 (So.): Finished third on the team in batting average with a .338 clip thanks to 54 hits in her 160 at-bats...second on the team in home runs with five and tied for second in doubles with 10...batted in 34 runs, which was just one short of Abby Merice for the team lead...scored 27 times on her own with 79 total bases (second on the team), a .494 slugging percentage and .397 on-base percentage...tied for second on the squad with Merice in walks with 19...was third on the team in multi-hit games with 14 including four with three hits and that number was good for second amongst Panthers...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...named Honorable Mention All-GLIAC.
2018 (Fr.): Named GLIACÂ Honorable Mention...named GLIAC Player of the Week (May 1)...led the team with a .355 batting average...collected 50 hits in 141 at-bats and hit .431 (22-51) over her final 15 games...played in 50 games and made 44 starts (37 at 1B, 5 at C, 2 at 3B)...scored 19 runs and also ranked second on the team and sixth in the GLIAC with 14 doubles...collected two homers and 33 RBI to rank ninth in the conference...had a .993 fielding percentage and .496 slugging percentage...hit .412 (35-85) with runners on base.
High School: Prepped at Napoleon High School...played for Coach Doug Richardson...broke school record for RBI's...received coaches award for softball...won districts as a freshman, sophomore, and senior year...won regionals sophomore, and senior year...went to quarterfinals sophomore, and senior year...went to the semifinals and got runner-up in state finals senior year.
