Prior to DU: Enrolled at Michigan State University from 2020-23...was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar honoree...did not see action during the 2023 season...made two appearances with 2.0 innings pitched...made season debut vs. Kansas with one inning pitched and did not allow a hit...also threw one inning against Iowa...made 10 appearances on the mound in 2021...recorded 11 strikeouts in 10 innings of work...had multiple strikeouts in three appearances, all coming in three straight outings (Apr. 12-23)...had a season-high three K's in 2.2 innings versus Purdue on Apr. 12...played in seven games in the shortened 2020 season...posted a .250 batting average and made his Spartan debut on Feb. 14 versus Morehead State...notched his first career hit versus Morehead State on Feb. 16 and scored a run.
