Alex will begin his third year as assistant coach after a very successful playing career at Lake Superior State and Spring Arbor University. A 2008 graduate of Grand Valley State University, Alex currently coaches for the Grand Rapids Storm AAU program. He was part of a Class A State Championship Team at Rockford High School in 2002-2003.

Alex's primary duties will include helping in the recruiting process as well as practices and day-to-day operations of the team. Alex will also coach the Junior Varsity Team for the third straight year as well.
