Nick Davidson begins his eighth year at Davenport University where he serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Internal Operations. He has had such roles as Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach where he coached for five years and Assistant Director of the Student Center where he was in charge of game operations, event management, and development of intramurals.
In his current role, Nick directly oversees the non-varsity programs at the school and assists in the overall budget development and process development. He will continue to administer all game operations and customer relations as well as marketing and ticket sales for home athletic events.
Nick, a graduate of Northwood University (Mich.), earned his Associate Degree in Banking and Finance as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. Upon Graduating he coached two years at Northwood as he obtained his Masters in Business Administration-Integrated Management (MBA). During his playing time at Northwood, Davidson was a three-point specialist on the basketball team, graduating second all-time in three-pointers made and was a member of the school’s first ever national tournament team
Originally from Grand Rapids, Nick graduated from Catholic Central High School. Nick and his wife Stephanie reside in Ada, MI and together they have two children Gianna and Jonathan (Jack).
