Harman led the NCAA in three-pointers made per game in 2010 with 3.5 to go with 105 made total, a single-season program record at the time. Those 105 were also part of a career record of 233. He was named Second-Team All-MAC in 2010 as well. Once Harman graduated, he went on to play professionally in the Netherlands where he earned all-league honors. On the diamond, Harman was part of a MAC Championship team in 2010. Once he was a GA for CMU, the Chippewas won the MAC in 2014-15 (NIT appearance), appeared in the CIT in 2015-16 and recorded back-to-back 20-win seasons.

In 2016-17 with Oklahoma City, the Stars (21-11) were very successful...

A native of Traverse City, Harman graduated from Central Michigan in 2011 with a bachelor’s of applied arts degree in sport management.

Coach Paddock said, "Coach Harman has been a fantastic addition to our staff! He was a tremendously successful player at Central Michigan and that has carried over to his coaching career here at Davenport. Coach Harman has a unique coaching fire about him that exudes confidence and toughness in our team through his efforts as our defensive coordinator. These characteristics that he brings to our program played a major role in helping us capture our first GLIAC Championship in 2019!"
