Dan begins his first year as the top assistant for the Davenport Men's Lacrosse Program. Usaj comes to Davenport from California where he gained a wealth of coaching experience while leading the University of Southern California (USC) for two years. He also has put in four years behind two very successful high school programs in Los Angeles, CA and Cleveland, OH where his teams won one state championship and finished runner-up one time as well.
Dan is a graduate of St. Lawrence University where he also played lacrosse and was a 4-year starter and was named to the all-league team three times. Dan's primary duties at Davenport will be to oversee the offensive unit.
Currently, Usaj is working on completing his MBA program here at Davenport in the area of Strategic Management.
