Stephen Treppa joined the men's lacrosse coaching staff in 2024 as the offensive coordinator, his 10th season as a collegiate coach. The Panthers finished the year 10-4 overall, their most successful year as a member of NCAA Division II.
While coaching for Aquinas College, the team's Treppa helped coach posted a 37-21 overall record. In 2019 he helped Aquinas improve from an 8-8 season in 2018 to a 12-5 season, earning the program's first bid to the National Tournament where they would lose in the Championship game. Treppa also served as Co-Interim Head Coach in 2021 and in 2022 the team earned an overall record of 11-5, receiving their second bid to the National Tournament and second trip to the Final Four.
Prior to AQ, Treppa worked as an assistant coach at Grand Valley State University for four years.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Albion College in 2014 and outside of Davenport, Treppa coaches East Grand Rapids Pride 5th/6th as well as Omina Lacrosse.
