Prior to DU: Attended Macomb Community College...named team offensive MVP...played in 44 games as a sophomore and batted .396 with 53 hits in 134 at-bats...scored 25 runs and collected 11 doubles, five home runs and 33 RBI...posted a .494 on-base percentage and .590 slugging percentage (both ranked top 20 nationally)...played in 45 games as a freshman...batted .400 with 44 hits in 110 at-bats...collected 33 runs, 12 doubles, five home runs and 35 RBI...had the fourth-best on-base percentage nationally at .547...10th nationally with .645 slugging percentage.

High School: Prepped at Macomb Dakota for coach Matt Carley...hit over .400 all four years...named Second Team All-State...played in Michigan All-Star Game.
