2023 (Jr.): Appeared in 21 matches and 66 sets… Finished the season with 82 kills and 29 blocks, both marking career-highs… Tallied a career-high 13 kills against Purdue Northwest (Nov. 3). Against Grand Valley State (Oct. 31), she registered a career-high four blocks to go along with 12 kills… In her best stretch of the season, Welke finished with double-digit kills in three consecutive matches (Oct. 28-Nov. 3)... Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.
2022 (So.): Played in 54 sets and 19 matches…Registered 44 kills, four assists, 26 digs, 12 blocks, and 50 points… Had a career-high nine kills in a 3-2 (26-28, 13-25, 25-15, 25-20, 15-9) victory over No. 19 Michigan Tech in the GLIAC opener (Sept. 9)... Recorded a career-high three blocks against Missouri-St. Louis (Oct. 15)... Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2021 (Fr.): Played in 15 matches and 42 sets as a freshman...finished with 18 kills, four assists, three service aces, 43 digs, and eight total blocks, all assisted, in those 42 sets...13 of those 18 kills came in three of her first five matches as a Panther including six on Sept. 4 against Oklahoma Baptist and five on Sept. 10 against Mercyhurst.

High School: Surpassed 1,500 kills and 1,000 digs for her career...named first-team all-state as a senior, second-team all-state as a junior and sophomore, and first-team all-region as a senior, junior and sophomore...also named to the 2020 Under Armor All-American Watch List...was a three-year team captain and three-year team MVP...helped lead program to four straight district championships and a conference championship...achieved highest academic honors.
