Biography
2025 (So.): Played in all 28 matches in her second season with the program… Frederick improved in nearly every statistical category from her freshman campaign, finishing the year with 287 digs, 2.87 digs per set, 16 assists and 28 service aces… She eclipsed double-digit digs in 14 matches… Against Parkside (Nov. 14), the Louisville, Ky. native notched a career-high 28 digs, to go along with four assists and a service ace… Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team… Placed on the CSC Academic All-District Team.Â
2024 (Fr.): Played in 21 matches and 55 sets as a true freshman… Ended the season with 59 digs, 10 assists and four service aces… Best match of the season came in a 3-2 victory over Parkside (Oct. 5), finishing with eight digs (season-high), two service aces (season-high) and one assist.
High School: Prepped under head coach Brett Versen at Sacred Heart Academy… Helped guide her squad to a 28-11 overall record her senior season, finishing the season as district champions, while tallying 426 digs on the year… AVCA Honorable Mention All-American honoree, while also garnering All-District and All-Region honors.
