Box Score

Toledo, Ohio - The regular season has come to a close for the women's lacrosse team and after defeating Augustana and Ohio University on Sunday in Toledo, they will have to wait to see if they get into the post-season tournament. DU finishes the regular season with a 7-4-1 record overall.

In the first game of the day, DU easily defeated Augutana College 8-1 behind another balanced effort all-around.  Shaye Bradley was solid in goal as she posted her 6th win of the year.  Brittany Roys posted four points (3 g, 1 a) on the day and Lydia Bedford found the back of the net twice in the victory.

In the second game of the day, extra time was needed but Davenport prevailed 9-8 in overtime over Ohio University. Daniella Bugli led the offense for the Panthers with 3 goals and 2 assists and was followed in scoring by Brittany Roys (2g, 1a), Lydia Bedford (2g) and Jamie VandeWinkle (1g, 1a).

Davenport will now hope they receive a bid to play in the WCLA Tournament which will be back in Toledo next Saturday, April 19.
