GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Davenport women's rugby team, coming off an impressive performance against Calvin in their first game as a program last Saturday, will get their first look as a team playing away from DU Turf Field Friday for two contests. The first game on the Panthers road slate will be a trip to Big Rapids, Mich., to play Ferris State for a 7 p.m. kickoff.

The Panthers kicked off the season in thrilling fashion by rolling by the Knights last Saturday. Danielle Ordway recorded the program's first try and added another one later in the evening. Brittany O'Dell also had two tries in the matchup but the highlight in that department was Gabby Florez recorded four for DU.
