The Women's Rugby team returns to action Friday night as they play their first ever homecoming game against Calvin College. The Panthers are coming off nearly a three-week break, for what was supposed to be their most recent match was forfeited. Davenport and Calvin will kick off at 4:30 p.m., and will be followed by the men's rugby game at 7:00 p.m.

Davenport played in their last game on the road as they visited crosstown rival Grand Valley State, and exploded for 48 points in the second-half.
Danielle Ordway tied a season-high with five tries, while five other Panthers also recorded tries on the night.
Hannah Tennant was 4-8 on her conversion kicks, but couldn't manage to put her two penalty kicks through the uprights. The Panthers defeated the Lakers 58-0.
The Panthers haven't seen the Knights since their inaugural match last season, when they defeated Calvin 72-0.
Davenport will hit the road the week following Friday's match as they travel to Kalamazoo to take on Western Michigan. The kickoff time is yet to be announced.
