Â
After the game head coach
Phil Sweeney recapped his team performance, "Tonight was another tough game, but we really stepped our game up in the second period. They did a great job of blocking shots so we had to find other ways to get the puck to the net. Everett had a big game and Matt played good in net again. We are all looking forward to Thursday now and it was a great to get the win and build the momentum toward our series finale against Liberty."
Â
Davenport will have another busy week next week playing three games in three day starting Thursday at Patterson Ice Center against Liberty at 8:30 p.m. Â
