The Panthers have won seven straight contests in their inaugural 15s season until the Hoosiers put a dent into their perfect run, defeating Davenport 25-19. It was a wet and muddy condition in Indianapolis for head coach
Greg Teliczan's squad. Davenport came out looking to pick up where they left off against Michigan as
Joanie Marino got the scoring started for DU.
Danielle Ordway followed up with a try of her own, and
Makala Ferguson capped of the tries for the Panthers.
Hannah Tennant took on the kicking duties for the Lady Panthers as she was 2-for-3 on conversions. However, the three tries and two conversions was not enough for Davenport as they lost a close battle to the Hoosiers, 25-19.
DU had outscored its six opponents in the fall 497-0, an average of 82.8 points per game.
