The DAN
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The second-ranked Davenport women's lacrosse team heads to the home stretch of the regular-season this week when it plays three games in four days. The week started with the home finale with defending Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference champions and third-ranked Indiana Tech Monday at 7 p.m. followed by road trips to Lawrence Tech Tuesday at 5 p.m. and crosstown rivals No. 7 Aquinas Thursday at 4 p.m. Fans can watch Monday's game against the Warriors on the Davenport Athletics Network with
Gene Halbert calling from behind the microphone.

The Last Time vs. Indiana Tech
Defending champion Indiana Tech is the lone team in the WHAC the Panthers have yet faced this season. Their last meeting was on April 3, 2013, when the host Warriors downed the Panthers 20-12.
Sara Kuzava led the effort for DU with four goals.
Tara Pluger and
Kaitlyn Lowden both had two goals to round out DU who had found the back of the net.
The Last Time vs. Lawrence Tech
Kaitlyn Lowden scored six goals and added three assists for nine points to lead the 'home team' Panthers to a 25-10 victory over Lawrence Tech in the school's first meeting on a women's lacrosse pitch in the Ultimate Arena in Pontiac March 13.
Taylor Balch found the back of the net four times while
Sara Kuzava and
Brooke Knoll also had a hat trick.
Samantha Powers was credited the win after playing the first 45:19.
Lena Henderson took over and make one save the rest of the way.
The Last Time vs. Aquinas
Davenport erased a bad demon on March 20 when it picked up its first win over Aquinas on a women's lacrosse field 23-9.
Kaitlyn Lowden led the team with seven goals and an assist in the game, while
Brooke Knoll followed with five goals and an assist.
Taylor Balch tallied nine points in the game to move into first place in Davenport history in all-time points in a career with 132 points, which surpassed Michon Moline's record of 129 total points.
