GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – After the 16th ranked Davenport D1 hockey team returned to action last weekend with a loss against Michigan-Dearborn, and the Panthers will have a busy week playing three home games in three days against teams in the ACHA top-25. The Panthers will start the week against No. 17 Buffalo on Thursday night at 8:30 p.m. before they host No. 23 Oakland in games three and four of the Good Luck Duck series on Friday and Saturday.

The Bulls have three scorers with 12 goals apiece as Bobby Piotrowicz leads the team with 21 assists and 33 points as he in the player for the Bulls with at least 30 points this season. Dylan Arnold and Tyler Stark have split time in net this season as they both have 8-2-0 records on the season as Arnold leads the way in goals against average (1.44) and save percentage (.951).

Live Audio/Video Scouting Oakland The Golden Grizzlies enter the weekend with a 14-13-0-1 record after they were able to sweep Kent State at home last weekend by a combined score of 10-5. Billy Balent leads Oakland with 20 goals and 20 assists on the season, and he is the only player on the roster with more than 30 points. Corey Hrischuk has played the majority of the games in net for the Grizzlies and has put together a 9-13-0 record to go along with a 4.35 goals against average and a .889 save percentage.
The Good Luck DUck Series Last season, Oakland was able to sweep Davenport to win the Good Luck DUck in three games for the first time in the series history. This season, Davenport was able to capture the first game of the series of the series after tying the game three times and going on to win 5-4. The second game of the series was a game of runs as the score switched hands four times and was tied five times as Oakland was able to defeat Davenport in overtime by the score of 8-7.
