GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – After the Davenport women's lacrosse team dropped their first match of the season on Monday against NCAA DII foe, Fort Lewis, the Panthers will hit the road this week playing four games in five days. Davenport will start the week at Aquinas before they travel down to Georgetown, Ky., to face Asbury (Ky.), Georgetown (Ky.) and SCAD (Ga.). The Panthers will face crosstown rival Aquinas on Wednesday at 5 p.m. on the Aquinas College Athletic Field.

A Quick Look at Aquinas
The Saints are 3-4 on the season and are 0-2 in the WHAC, the Saints will have one more contest before they face the Panthers as they face Fort Lewis College on Tuesday night. Aquinas is tenth in the NWLL coaches' poll after they defeated defending National Champion, Robert Morris (Ill.). The leading scorer for the Saints this season is Alexandra Burns, who has tallied 26 goals and nine assists, both of which lead the team. In goal, Aquinas has had three different people make appearances to compile a .399 save percentage and allow 14.05 goals against average.

A Quick Look at Asbury (Ky.)
The Eagles enter the weekend with a 2-3 record on the season and are coming in after dropping their last game to Missouri Baptist, 17-7. Along with losing to Missouri Baptist, Asbury traveled to further west, where they took on No. 7 Oklahoma Baptist and Lindenwood-Bellville, where the Eagles split those games to conclude their road trip with a 1-2 record.

A Quick Look at Georgetown (Ky.)
The Tigers are 5-1 on the season and are coming into the weekend after a weekend road sweep of Midland and Oklahoma Baptist. Georgetown is ranked fourth in the NWLL weekly coaches' poll, as they are led by Merrisa Heraldson, who has recorded 28 goals on the season. In net Doreen Brabble has appeared in each game for the Tigers, and has put together a .422 save percentage and a 7.40 goals against average.

A Quick Look at SCAD (Ga.)
The Bees enter the contest ranked the number one team in the nation in the NWLL weekly polls, as they hold a 6-1 overall record on the season. The only loss for SCAD on the season came against NCAA DII squad Florida Tech, by the score of 20-11. The Bee are the defending national runner-ups as they only dropped one match all last season, coming in the National Championship game against Robert Morris (Ill.).
