GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Panthers fought hard but ultimately lost 3-0 against the Warriors tonight. Two of the three sets saw the Panthers lose by only two points, the Warriors would prove to be too much in the end. Davenport is now 12-13 overall on the season and 6-6 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-SET SCORES: 25-23, 25-18, 26-24
-The first set was a back and forth battle, the set was tied at 11-11 part way through. The Warriors would go on a 7-2 run to gain the advantage. The Panthers would fight back and after a kill by
Krissy Dill DU would be down 23-24. Indiana Tech would finish off the set and win 25-23.
-The Warriors carried the momentum of winning the first set into the second set as they jumped out to an early 11-5 lead. Davenport was un-able to get a solid streak going and would lose 25-18.
-The third set was a roller coaster of emotions for DU fans as the Panthers were up 24-21 late in the set. The Warriors would string together five straight points to win the set and match.
-Dill would tally 14 kills to lead DU.
