DAYTON, Tenn. - The Davenport women's soccer team picked up a 3-0 win on Saturday at Bryan College to improve to 3-0-1 overall.
Katherine Steiner scored a pair of goals for the Panthers and Bryan had an own goal added to the final score of 3-0.
Steiner scored in the second minute with an assist from
Alex Prout and the own goal happened in the 16th minute for a 2-0 lead at halftime. DU had seven shots in the first half compared to four for Bryan.
Steiner scored again in the 57th minute with
Cynthia Konan on the assist. Davenport had nine more shots in the second half compared to two for Bryan.
Amy Corcoran made one save in the shutout while the Panthers had seven shots on goal for the match.
