TIFFIN, Ohio. – Davenport ended their Ohio road trip with a stop at Tiffin University. The Panthers lost to the Dragons 0-3 and are now 3-4 in conference play. Sets two and three were very close, with Tiffin winning both of those by three or less points. During the match
Krissy Dill solidified herself in the record books by becoming number three all-time in career kills at Davenport.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-SET SCORES: 15-25, 22-25, 26-28
-In the opening set the Dragons jumped out to an early 5-1 lead after a service ace. Following two attacking errors Davenport cut the lead to 6-8. Shortly after the attacking errors Tiffin scored six un-answered points to take a 14-6 lead. During the remainder of the set Davenport couldn't get enough runs together to eliminate the Tiffin lead, the Dragons held on for a 25-15 set win.
-Davenport came out hungry and ready to go in the second set, winning the opening six points. Dill recorded back to back kills to give DU a 12-8 lead part way through the set. Tiffin battled back and tied the set at 15-15 after a block at the net. Three straight points by Davenport gave them a 21-20 lead late, however the Dragons won five of the next six to take the 2-0 lead.
-The final set needed extra points to determine a winner. Davenport held the lead for the majority of the set, but Tiffin came back late to take a 23-22 lead. Back to back points by

Jessica Marvin gave DU a chance at set point (24-23). An attack error by the Panthers tied the set back up and Tiffin went on to win in extra points.
INTERESTING FACTS
During the third set Dill record her 1,358
th career kill, tying Molly Lameyer for third place all-time at Davenport. Just two points later Dill blasted one over the net for her 1,359
th kill. This put her in sole-place of third on the all-time list at DU. After the match was completed Dill increased her career total to 1,360 kills.
