GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The women's lacrosse team recently volunteered at the Jaycee's Grand Rapids Holiday Shipping Tour. The team went around and shopped with underprivileged kids for their families at Meijer.

Steve Johns worked hard at organizing the event. Our students were able to go around Meijer one-on-one with kids, helping them find gifts for their families. Other students were wrapping those gifts or helping in the party room. Our favorite volunteering events are the ones where we can see the impact we make on children's faces, especially being so close to the holidays. This is one event we are excited to partner with in the future." – Head Coach
