The Davenport Red team was deemed the winner of the tournament with their 3-0 record, they ousted the DU White team based off of point differentials in their games.
"We came out kind of flat footed and it took us a bit to get into our system. We weren't taking care of the ball and our rucks were a bit slow, which resulted in numerous turnovers. However, our cover defense was spot on, especially
Bethany Gable. She made try saving tackles one after another. I'm glad we were able to come away with six victories, but still have some aspects of the game to improve on moving forward." – Head Coach
Greg Teliczan.
