GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Panthers won their first-ever GLIAC Tournament game on Tuesday, against Northwood, and have the privilege of hosting the GLIAC Semifinals and Championship. Davenport will face Northern Michigan, who is the fifth seed, in the semifinals. The two teams split the regular-season series, each winning on their home court. The Wildcats won on January 17 by a score of 77-63 and Davenport won on February 23 by a score of 74-71. This semifinal contest will take place on Saturday, February 9 at 3:00 pm in the DU Student Center. Immediately following the contest, Grand Valley State and Parkside will compete in the second semifinal game of the day.
