GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Davenport University women's soccer sophomore, Haley Diekevers, was named a 2022 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selection and now advances to the CSC Academic All-American ballot.

The All-District and All-American teams recognize soccer athletes at each NCAA Division based on their combined performance on the field and in the classroom. Diekevers (3.90 cumulative GPA) was selected after her 2022 season where she led the Panthers in goals for the second-straight season thanks to five of them this fall. Her 13 career scores are good for ninth in program history, just three away from sole possession of seventh place.

The Zeeland native moves onto the All-American ballot for Division II which will include first, second and third-team selections. Honorees for those teams will be announced on Tuesday, December 6.
