ALLENDALE, Mich. - The Davenport track and field programs were able to set four school records at the Grand Valley State Holiday Open back on Dec. 9. Erin Dorn placed second in the mile with a time of 5:03.12. Sidney Heugel placed third in the pole vault with a clearance of 12' 9.5". Brendan LaLonde placed third in the 60 meters with a time of 6.83. Bryce Albrecht finished third in the pole vault with a height of 15' 9".

Other notables performances were Annabelle Schafer finishing second in the high jump (5' 3") and fifth in the 60 meter hurdles (9.38). Mackenzie Brigham placed fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 36' 7.75".

To date there have been some provisional marks that have been reached. Heugel is currently eighth in the pole vault after her performance at the GVSU Holiday Open. LaLonde is 13th in the 60 meters (6.83). Albrecht is 12th in the high jump after his 2.07 meters mark at SVSU Holiday Open. Albrecht is also eighth in the pole vault. Noah Evers is currently 11th in the shot put after his 16.73 meters throw at SVSU. Noah Dooley and Albrecht are listed in the heptathlon with Dooley at 13th with 5,169 points and Albrecht with 15th place at 4,980 points.
