GLIAC - Theadora Krueger was named Defensive Player of the Week following a 12-8 road victory over the University of Charleston. Krueger led the team in groundballs and draw controls with six and 16, respectively. She was also perfect in free-position shots (two of two) to mark two goals in the win, helping the Panthers start the year undefeated.
Krueger led the Panthers last season in caused turnovers (21) and groudnballs (38), being named Second Team All-GLIAC as a defensive juggernaut for DU.
