The Davenport Esports program is continuing to evolve and take competitive gaming to the next level. With that in mind, the program is beginning to expand the titles that they offer and are looking for prospective students to join their team in the fall of 2025. Davenport is looking to add Fortnite, Madden (EA Sports), Marvel Rivals, NHL (EA Sports), and EA FC (Soccer).

In addition to the announcement, Davenport head coach Noah Antor had this to offer, "Fortnite is an established battle-royal which has been continuing to grow since its inception in 2017. This past fall saw the Michigan High School Esports Federation (MiHSEF) feature Fortnite at their 2024 Fall State Championships, which is an indicator that the interest for competitive Fortnite is growing. We are seeing similar growth and interest in Marvel Rivals and the EA (Electronic Arts) sports titles. We are excited to offer more opportunities for students to earn a scholarship in order to compete at the next level and earn their degree here at Davenport University."
