GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Davenport University Panthers hosted the Roosevelt University Lakers in a two-game series over the weekend, sweeping both contests with identical 5–1 victories in a weekend of dominant offense, strong goaltending, and disciplined play.

Friday's Matchup
Nate Dixon continued the onslaught with two quick goals, including one on the power play and another unassisted, giving Davenport a comfortable lead. Roosevelt managed a single goal from Bifano late in the first period, but the Lakers struggled to generate sustained pressure against the Panthers' disciplined defensive structure.

Davenport's depth was on full display, with Majewski and Brayden Bartlett adding two late goals to seal the 5–1 outcome. The Panthers finished the night firing 50 shots on goal while holding Roosevelt to just 20. Goaltender Julian Arenal was solid between the pipes, stopping 19 of 20 shots, while Roosevelt's Suppa faced a barrage of attempts, making 45 saves in defeat.

Saturday's Matchup
Davenport University completed the weekend sweep over Roosevelt University with a 5–1 win on Saturday night, powered by a multi-goal performance from Edward Pukhalsky and another strong outing from goaltender Julian Arenal.

Pukhalsky opened the scoring midway through the first period to give the Panthers a 1–0 lead. Davenport broke the game open in the second with three goals — Nathan Dixon found the back of the net early in the frame, followed by Pukhalsky's second of the night and a tally from Ian Milton. Dixon added his second goal of the game in the third period to seal the 5–1 victory.

Dixon led all scorers with four points (2G, 2A), while Pukhalsky contributed two goals. Assists came from Everett Ingram and Brayden Bartlett, and Arenal turned aside the majority of Roosevelt's limited chances to earn the win. The Panthers controlled play throughout, outshooting the Lakers by a wide margin and finishing the weekend series with a combined 10–2 goal differential.
