STUNT captures the G-MAC regular season championship

The Panthers went 10-0 in league play under first-year head coach Liz Teague

ASHLAND, Ohio - The Davenport STUNT team on Saturday completed a perfect regular season in the G-MAC (10-0) and captured the conference championship on the campus of Ashland University. This capped off a dominant and disciplined campaign for the Panthers. DU was able to secure the title with a pair of wins against Malone (28-9) and the host Eagles (26-17). Davenport is now 20-0 in their first two seasons in the G-MAC.

Throughout the season, Davenport demonstrated exceptional precision, athleticism, and depth, earning decisive victories over Ashland University, Tiffin University, Malone University, Walsh University, and Ursuline College. Each performance reflected the team's commitment to excellence, as they executed with confidence and control across every quarter.

First-year head coach Liz Teague emphasized that the team's success has been rooted not only in its performance, but in its ability to navigate challenges throughout the season. She highlighted the Panthers' resilience and composure, noting their capacity to overcome adversity and maintain focus in high-pressure moments.

Finishing the regular season undefeated not only underscores Davenport's superiority within the conference, but also positions the Panthers as a powerful contender heading into postseason play.
