Livonia, Mich. - Playing against the top team in the conference did not get any easier the second time around as Madonna downed Davenport today in Livonia. The 4-0 win is the second four goal win of the year for MU against the Panthers.

Davenport came into the game today on the heels of their most impressive victory of the season last Wednesday when they won 6-0 over Taylor Fort Wayne but were no match against conference leading Madonna. The Crusaders posted their second 4-goal win of the season over DU as they remained undefeated in WHAC play at 9-0.

DU fell behind 3-0 in the opening 45 minutes and could not get anything past the MU defense in the second half either. The loss drops DU to 3-8-1 on the year and 2-6-0 in WHAC play.

They will officially host their first game on their new field on Tuesday, October 21 when they welcome Cornerstone University at 4:00. The field is directly behind the new Student Center which is scheduled to open on Monday.
