The host Saints lit the scoreboard first in the ninth minute but it was all Davenport after that as the Panthers ended up out-shooting the host team 24-5 (10-2 on net).
The Panthers finally broke through on their first goal in the 29th minute when Lito Esquivel lofted a ball into the box and Catic put it away to start the scoring spurt. Catic then connected with Damian Goncalves with just under 13 minutes to play in the opening half to make it 2-1 heading into the locker room.
Catic made it a hat-trick at the 59:12 mark when he put away a cross from Dino Duratovic and the scoring was finished with just under two minutes to play on a sweet goal from Damian Goncalves with the assist from TJ Ifaturoti.
Mirza Harambasic recorded his 11th win in net as the senior posted one save on the night as the defense in front of him was outstanding.
