WYOMING, Mich. – The men's golf team took part in the first WHAC Jamboree of the fall on Saturday at Kaufman Golf Course and finished second with a team score of 287. The Panthers were just one stroke behind Siena Heights and as a team fired one-under par.

Mitchell Wandell took medalist honors for DU with a three-under par 69. Jorge Benitez was just one stroke back with a two-under par 70 on the 6,709-yard layout. Kurt Sprague tied for fifth with a one-under 71. Josh Switzer tied for 24th with a five-over par 77 to round out the team total for Davenport. Jamie Cattran and Mitchell Garrison played as well for the Panthers and shot 80 and 81 respectively.
