GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Davenport fell in a close match against the Saints 5-4. The Panthers had a great showing in the singles competitions, winning four of the six matches. The Saints swept Davenport in all three doubles matches to take the narrow victory.

Records: DU (9-10) | AQ (15-4)

In the singles competitions Matthew McClurg, Sam Rogerson, Michael Digby and Haja Denise all tallied a point for Davenport. McClurg took a three set victory in the first singles slot and Rogerson followed him up in the number two singles spot with a 6-2 and 6-4 win. Digby and Denise took two set victories in the fourth and fifth singles slots.

Davenport had difficulty getting a point in the doubles competitions as the Saints swept all three matches against the Panthers.
