In the fourth inning, Carson Eby doubled to lead off the inning and later scored on a wild pitch. Roman Trujillo also had a RBI groundout which scored Christian Petre who reached by getting plucked.

In the sixth inning, DU scored all three runs with two outs. Nolan Bryant singled to center and advanced Anspaugh to second after he reached on a fielder's choice. Jacob Buchberger went opposite field for his fifth home run of the season. O'Boyle exited in the seventh after the Saints scored twice. Michael Lincoln came in and ended the inning on a ground out right back at him.

Travis Harvey doubled with one out in the eighth and took third on a wild pitch. Noah Marcoux walked and took second on a wild pitch as Harvey scored.
