UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - Playing its second match of the day, the seventh-seeded Davenport women's volleyball team met up with second-seeded and No. 20-ranked Northern Michigan in the quarterfinals of the GLIAC Tournament. The Panthers took the second set to even the match up at 1-1 before losing the next two to drop the match in four and fall to the consolation bracket. There, Davenport will face the winner of eighth-seeded Saginaw Valley State and 11th-seeded Purdue Northwest on Saturday at 7 p.m.

- Davenport's hitting percentage was held to .185, the team's lowest clip since a mark of .162 at home against Grand Valley State on March 13.
- On the other side, Northern Michigan hit .338, which is the highest for a Panther opponent this season.
