AUGUSTA, Mich. - Competing for the second time this season and first time since Sept. 24, the Davenport University men's golf team was at Stoatin Brae Golf Club on Saturday and Sunday to host the Davenport Panther Invitational. The good guys placed third out of 10 teams with a 591 (307-284) and were paced by Brandon Bodis in a tie for third place with a two-day score of 145 (+3, 75-70).

Next up for Davenport and just outside the top 10 was Aiden Deng in sole possession of 11th place with a six-over 148 (80-68). Joining Bodis and Deng in the top 20 was Noah Bridgeman in a tie for 16th with an eight-over 150 (77-73). The final two Panthers competing as part of the team were Bradley Mogire in a tie for 26th with an 11-over 153 (80-73) and Foster Faber (pictured), also part of that tie for 26th (75-78).

DU also sent three golfers to compete as individuals including Tyler Kapcia in a tie for 16th with an eight-over 150 (78-72), Dominic Ciantar in a tie for 26th with an 11-over 153 (77-76) and Zach Hay in a tie for 35th with a 13-over 155 (87-68).

Next up on the schedule for the Panthers will be the Kentucky Wesleyan Invite on Oct. 29-30 at The Pearl Club in Owensboro, Ky.
