ST. CHARLES, Mo. - The Davenport men's wrestling team had their biggest meet of the season to date as they competed in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Dual Championship Tournament hosted by Lindenwood. The Panthers drew top-seeded and No. 5 national rank McKendree in the first dual. They dropped that one 56-0 and then went up against Drury in their second dual. In a battle between DU Panthers, Drury won 46-6 as the Davenport Panthers went into the seventh place match. They took on William Jewell and won 23-17 to secure seventh place.
