Preview: DU moves up in GLIAC standings ahead of Week 7

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Davenport University women's soccer (4-3-4, 2-2-3 GLIAC) is slowly nearing the end of six straight home matches as familiar UP opponents come down to Caledonia, Mich, for more GLIAC action.

Week 6 Highlights
  • Finished with a 1-0-1 undefeated record
  • Defeated Roosevelt University, 3-1, in the first-ever matchup
  • Goal Scorers: Haley Diekevers (two), Claire Breault (one), Nadia Buist (one)
  • Elizabeth Wolter marks 40th save of the season (seven total last week)
  • Diekevers was named GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season and in her career
  • Diekevers moved to the No. 6 all-time leader for career goals in the program's history
Now 2-0-3 in their last five matches, the Panthers are fifth in the conference standings and look to turn things around against two programs.
