AUGUSTA, Mich. - Cayden Kwan secured his first career first place finish this weekend at the DU Panther Invite at the Stoain Brae Golf Club. The junior finished with a two-round score of 139 (-3) with a low-round of 69 (-2) on the second day. Kwan registered an eagle and five birdies through 36 holes of action.

As a team, the Panthers shot 580 (+12), coming in second overall out of 12 teams competing, The squad had a low-round of 283 (-1) on day two.

Pedro Russi shot a 148 (+6) through 36 holes of action, including a low-round of 70 in the second (-1). The sophomore registered four birdies on the final day. 

Recording a 15th place finish for the Panthers was Justin Grimard, shooting a 149 (+7). He registered five birdies in two days.

Rounding things out for the Panthers was Casey Patterson (27th) and Hudson Turcotte (31st). Patterson had a low-round of 73 (+2) in the opening round, while Turcotte was even in the final round (71).
