GLIAC -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) has announced its weekly awards following the fourth week of the 2025 baseball season. Parkside redshirt junior outfielder Angel Rades earned GLIAC Player of the Week honors while Davenport redshirt senior righty Keegan Batka was recognized as GLIAC Pitcher of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Batka followed up his GLIAC Pitcher of the Week award with another superb outing against Indianapolis. He threw a complete-game, seven-inning shutout against the Greyhounds in a 5-0 win. He allowed six hits with no walks and tied a season high with seven strikeouts. It was his third start this season of seven innings and no runs allowed and he now has a 1.00 ERA in 27 innings this season with a 4-0 record.
