2025 Women's Soccer Season Preview

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.Coming off a 2024 season that featured the program's most wins (eight) since 2017, the Davenport University women's soccer team looks to build on that success in 2025. The Panthers were selected to finish fifth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) preseason poll, the league announced on Friday morning.

The Panthers' 2024 campaign ended in the GLIAC Tournament semifinals with a loss to Northern Michigan, closing the season at 8-4-8 overall and 5-2-7 in conference play. Head coach Joe White enters his third season at the helm aiming to secure another winning record and postseason run.

Seniors Arianna Diemer, Brynn White and Claire Breault headline the returning players for DU. Diemer played 1,775 minutes in 2024 and was one of three Panthers to earn postseason honors, receiving Second Team All-GLIAC recognition along with a spot on the CSC Academic All-District Team. White logged 1,171 minutes, while Breault totaled 1,319 minutes.
