GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Davenport women's hockey rolled to a 6–0 shutout victory over the University of Wyoming on Saturday night at Patterson Ice Center.
The Panthers scored twice in the first period on goals from Kacie Stolarek and Gabby Basha, then added a power-play tally by Basha in the second to extend the lead to 3–0. Davenport pulled away in the third with three more goals, including two from Stolarek to complete a hat trick. Avery Hall was perfect in net, stopping all 27 shots faced, as the Panthers outshot Wyoming 31–27 and controlled play throughout. Basha also competed a hat trick at the 11:25 mark of the third period for her 12th goal of the season. Abi Courtney added two assists on the night.
